Who We are
Growth Cap Property Management was founded by Rebert Parpinelli, an entrepreneur with a remarkable journey in construction and real estate. After arriving in the U.S. as a teenager, Rebert launched RP Pro Contracting at 19, delivering high-quality construction solutions. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to earn a Business degree from UMass Lowell, co-found SmartBuild, a platform transforming construction management, and lead Growth Cap Investment, specializing in high-value opportunities for investors.
